Lucban is in Quezon province, roughly 3–4 hours from Metro Manila by car via the South Luzon Expressway toward Lucena, then up to Lucban. Buses run to Lucena, with jeepneys and vans onward to Lucban. Go early on May 15 — the town gets packed and parking is tight.
